SMART INDUSTRIAL FIXED WIRELESS PA UNIT (FWPA) is ideal for locations where communication through any means is not possible either because of impossible cabling or position.
The unit is designed using standard walkie-talkie handset (without battery) of reputed brand.

The walkie-talkie is connected to external amplifier and handset type (telephone). The communication is enabled by use of PTT switch provided on front panel. The incoming voice is heard over the external loudspeaker SMART FWPA UNIT operates on 220 V AC or 110 V AC (switch able).
The unit is sealed dustproof type with only the antenna projecting outside the unit and external loudspeaker horn.

OPERATIONS: -


TO MAKE ANNOUNCEMENT: -

• Lift handset, press PTT switch and announce
• Release PTT to hear other party in same frequency channel
• Replace hand on completion of communication

INCOMING CALL: -

• When there is a call from any other FWPA, it is heard over all the units operating on same frequency channel
• Lift handset of any FWPA unit press PTT switch to talk and release PTT switch to listen
• Communication will be heard by all the FWPA units operating on same frequency band
• The communication will be simplex pressing PTT switch will make transmitter enable and releasing will activate the receiver.

Through the page function individuals can be contacted anywhere in the plant. For further communication, the Private talkback line allows two or more people to talk without being heard over the loud speakers.

SMART PAGE/PRIVATE SYSTEM is based on distributed amplifier design concept. Each indoor/outdoor wall station contains a Single PCB for driving speakers. This configuration offers a major advantage: when any set is removed, only the associated speaker is inoperable; all other units in the system will continue to broadcast page. All stations are connected in parallel loop and systems may be expanded by extending signal cable from nearest page / private unit.

Operation is simple: the user lifts the station handset for paging. As soon as the paging mode is selected all other sets goes to paging mode. Speaking directly into the handset, the user announces his page. The responding individual lifts the handset of his nearest SMART PAGE/PRIVATE UNIT and telephone type, full duplex communication is established over the private talkback line.
