Central Amplifier Design Concept Systems:

Central Amplifier Design Concept Systems are designed to use a centrally located Amplifier with 100 volt line matching transformer. Use of the LMT allows the speakers to be placed at long distances from the amplifier in the plant.The number of speakers for a central amplifier system is directly dependent upon the power available from the central amplifier.

Distributed Amplifier Design Concept Systems:

SMART Distributed Amplifier Design Concept systems doesn’t uses speakers with line matching transformers. The
Voltage on the wiring between the speaker(s) and the associated amplifiers is less than 15 V RMS, Therefore, conduit is not required except for physical protection. Cable distance should be as short as possible to reduce power loss.
SMART INDUSTRIAL PA system recommends that the cable distance between a speaker and its set does not exceed 30 feet (approx 9 meters).

The system is designed comprising of field stations with built in amplifier, the loudspeakers are driven without external drivers and are placed close to the field stations, thus reducing the cabling.

SMART INDUSTRIAL FIXED WIRELESS PA UNIT (FWPA) is ideal for locations where communication through any means is not possible either because of impossible cabling or position. The unit is designed using standard walkie-talkie handset (without battery) of reputed brand.

The walkie-talkie is connected to external amplifier and handset type (telephone). The communication is enabled by use ofPTT switch provided on front panel. The incoming voice is heard over the external loudspeaker

SMART FWPA UNIT operates on 220 V AC or 110 V AC (switch able). The unit is sealed dustproof type with only the antenna projecting outside the unit and external loudspeaker horn.

OPERATIONS: -


TO MAKE ANNOUNCEMENT: -

  • Lift handset, press PTT switch and announce
  • Release PTT to hear other party in same frequency channel
  • Replace hand on completion of communication

INCOMING CALL: -

  • When there is a call from any other FWPA, it is heard over all the units operating on same frequency channel
  • Lift handset of any FWPA unit press PTT switch to talk and release PTT switch to listen
  • Communication will be heard by all the FWPA units operating on same frequency band
  • The communication will be simplex pressing PTT switch will make transmitter enable and releasing will activate the receiver.

SMART INDUSTRIAL PA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM ( MODEL MCS V ) provides communication in industrial environments and hazardous locations where the communication is under total control of the Operator in control Room.
Individual locations can be paged only from Operator console and two or more persons can communicate if allowed by the Operator. The Field station call to the operator is indicated by a flashing LED and buzzer at the MCS.It is essential for organizations requiring communication between the control room operators and the field stations only.

Wireless Public Address Loudspeaker System

SMART WIRELESS PAGING SPEAKER is the ideal solution where a hard-wired PA installation is simply impossible, too expensive, or temporary. It is a portable/wall mountable type WIRELESS PAGING SPEAKER & can be connected to a base station or mobile radio to deliver live voice messages(PAGING) directly to a speaker at long ranges without requiring any cabling & installation costing.

It has an integrated wireless radio receiver housed in a rugged, sealed, weather proof metal housing with integrated wall mounting bracket. The indoor /outdoor 60 Watt horn speaker provides 104 dB of audio output @ 1mtr, in noisy environments messages can be heard loud and clear. It has a built-in audio power amplifier with a trim pot to adjust Volume Output. Each WIRELESS PAGING SPEAKER can be paged from Handset/PTT of Base radio station( VHF 148 – 176 MHz ) and can be paged from any normal desktop telephone connected to Plant/Site EPABX of plant by connecting a telephone Patch.
