SMART HOTLINE PA SYSTEM (MODEL HT4)
having 4-6 HOTLINE PHONES, placed in the field locations connected by single pair telephone cable TO SMART HOTLINE CONTROLLER UNIT. The controller and Field units are AC powered (220/110 V AC) with built in battery backup for continues operations.
The controller is designed to support long loop cable resistance and can be placed in any central location.
The system is available in two modes. All stations are active till picked up or Remaining sets get deactivated on pickup by requested station.

SMART INDUSTRIAL TELEPHONES it has an integrated annunciation system. Very useful in heavy, medium and small process industries.

When a call is made to the telephone, the external loud ringer activates and the ringing is heard over the loudspeaker horn. On pickup the external loud ringer deactivates automatically

SMART LOUDSPEAKER HORNS :-

Outdoor loudspeakers are of 60 watts (RMS). Loud speakers are connected to PA TELEPHONE /PAGE PRIVATE UNITS; up to two loud speakers can be connected to eachUNIT. For more number of loudspeakers in each location SMART EXTERNAL AMPLIFIERS can be connected to PA TELEPHONE/PAGE PRIVATE UNITS.

Indoor loudspeaker boxes are of 10 watts (RMS). Loudspeaker boxes are connected to indoor OPERATOR CONSOLE UNITS.

External Amplifier

EXTERNAL AMPLIFIER. (MODEL EXA - I)

To increase the number of loud speakers in a SMART PAGE PRIVATE SYSTEM, SMART EXTERNAL AMPLIFIERS are required. The amplifier will be driven by a PAGE/PRIVATE UNIT. The number of speakers to be connected will decide the capacity of the amplifier. Standard design for the amplifier is of 100 watts, which can be used for 5 loud speakers max. The amplifier output is LMT (LINE MATCHING TRANSFORMER) based design hence large distance can be covered. The amplifier activates whenever the system goes to paging mode and the announcement is heard over all the connected loudspeakers. On pressing the PAGE CANCEL BUTTON the communication is in private mode. All loudspeakers connected will get cutoff
 
EXTERNAL AMPLIFIER. (MODEL EXA - II)

To increase the number of loud speakers in a SMART PA TELEPHONE/, SMART EXTERNAL AMPLIFIERS are required. The amplifier will be driven by a PA telephone. The number of speakers to be connected will decide the capacity of the amplifier. Standard design for the amplifier is of 100 watts, which can be used for 5 loud speakers max. The amplifier output is LMT (LINE MATCHING TRANSFORMER) based design, hence large distance can be covered. The amplifier activates whenever the call is made to the PA telephone and the announcement is heard over all the connected loudspeakers. On pickup the communication is in private mode. All loudspeakers connected will get cutoff.

Loud Ringer

SMART LOUDRINGER(MODEL LR-III) can be connected with SMART INDUSTRIAL TELEPHONES or with TEL line of  any EPABX system, it has an integrated annunciation system & can be connected directly to TEL line or in parallel with any TEL unit . Very useful in heavy, medium and small process industries.

It provides Loudspeaker paging facility and private communication facility in one durable, easy-to-operate unit. It has got integrated amplifier on a Single PCB for driving the internal speakers. It is connected in parallel loop with signal cable from SMART PAGE/PRIVATE FIELD STATIONS.

Operation is simple: the user picks up the handset, the set goes to paging mode. Speaking directly into the MIC of handset, the user announces his page. The responding individual can communicate by lifting the handset (HANDSET TYPE)/by pressing the CONNECT BUTTON (VANDAL RESISTANT TYPE) and presses a PAGE CANCEL BUTTON to cancel the ongoing paging on other stations.

Telephone Interface Unit

SMART TELEPHONE INTERFACE UNIT(MODEL PPTI) is an integrated system used for patching of PLANT EPABX SYSTEM to SMART PAGE/PRIVATE PHONE SYSTEM. Lift the telephone handset of any extension of PLANT EPABX, dial the extension number of the Telephone patch Unit and after the call matures automatically, make necessary announcement. The communication between the calling party and the called party is in private mode, when the called party presses the PAGE CANCEL BUTTON. SMART TELEPHONE INTERFACE UNIT disconnects automatically afetr the calling party disconnects the call. The announcement is made at ALL THE location over the plant.

Voice Alarm

SMART VOICE ALARM SYSTEM is one to multi channel prerecorded module can be used in conjunction with an external amplifier and integrated annunciation system. Very useful in heavy, medium and small process industries.

SMART VOICE ALARM SYSTEM is a new and enhanced 1 to 32+ channel prerecorded voice module. The prerecorded massages can be a voice, sirens, etc. Its ideal application is warning alarms. Each channel can hold up to 7 or 20 seconds of recorded voice or siren. The unit has an integrated amplifier or external output jack to connect high power SMART EXTERNAL AMPLIFIER UNIT.

Each warning massage can be activated by non ohmic contact of an external relay which is activated due to a fault in users system for which that corresponding voice /alarm warning has to be played endlessly till the fault is rectified.
